Our success as a Company is directly related to the effectiveness of the Sales Team.  As Sales Manger you have the opportunity to grow and manage your sales team effectively, and a great satisfaction to achieve your goals and objectives by using your acquired knowledge. The role will report directly to the Regional Director.

Your profile:

  • Experience in freight forwarding.
  • Consistent experience in sales (5+).
  • People management skills.
  • Exquisite negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • The ability to contribute to the development of strategic and financial plans.
  • Positive attitude to provide exceptional service to the customers by demonstrating a personal approach and responding with a sense of urgency, practicality, accountability, integrity, and respect.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop the existing portfolio of clients by attracting new ones, aligning with the group commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the company’s complete value proposition to customers.
  • Propose specific solutions, customized to customers’ requests while ensuring safe, cost-effective and efficient service.
  • Effectively manage the sales team by showing the direction and a “hands-on” attitude.
  • Effectively manage the entire sales process e.g. lead generation and management, customer needs definition, negotiation with clients, handling client objections, closing the deal and obtaining feedback, etc.
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, industry clusters and professional associations that enhance the company’s reputation and awareness and facilitate the building of a professional networks.
  • Promote the company in alignment with its image, values and strengths.
