We are now further developing our carriers’ network and are looking for new talent to join our Procurement Dept.
The role we’re hiring for is Carriers Sales Representative, a major pillar in sourcing carriers and building long-term relationships with road transport companies
Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Impressive negotiation skills;
- Strong time management skills;
- Focused, team oriented, self-motivated;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken;
- Experience working as a field sales agent.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Source continuously new carriers through lead generation, research and cold calling;
- Visit potential carriers in order to establish long-term partnerships;
- Maintain constant contact with carriers to ensure capacity and negotiate competitive freight rates;
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary to solve issues;
- Understand market trends;
- Perform other projects as assigned.
