GOPET ROMANIA is active in the freight forwarding business for 20+ years and has established a strong reputation for providing reliable and efficient services to clients. As part of the GOPET GROUP, we have business activities in 7 countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Greece, Spain, Türkiye and North Macedonia. We offer a wide range of services including road, air and sea freight forwarding, and intermodal, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong track of record of collaboration with key accounts as well as with internal clients;
  • Exquisite communication & negotiation skills;
  • Very good command of English;
  • Experience with effective approaches to closing the sale;
  • Positive attitude to provide exceptional service to the customers by demonstrating a personal approach and responding with a sense of urgency, practicality, accountability, integrity, and respect;
  • Ease in using MS Office platforms such as Word, Excel;
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation would be an advantage.

The responsibilities of our future colleague:

  • Focus on gaining excellent knowledge of the clients’ procedures and policies, giving support to the colleagues from the Operational Department;
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal functions;
  • Develop successful business cooperation with the existing clients of our company;
  • Improve customer experience by identifying and anticipating the needs above and beyond current service relationship;
  • Report on progress, issues and problems to the direct manager;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
