For our growing commercial team in Romania, we are looking for an outstanding KAM whose key role will be to keep and develop successful business cooperation with the existing clients of our company.
- Strong track of record of collaboration with key accounts as well as with internal clients;
- Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation (3+);
- Exquisite communication & negotiation skills;
- Very good command of English;
- Experience with effective approaches to closing the sale;
- Positive attitude to provide exceptional service to the customers by demonstrating a personal approach and responding with a sense of urgency, practicality, accountability, integrity, and respect;
- Ease in using MS Office platforms such as Word, Excel.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Focus on gaining excellent knowledge of the clients’ procedures and policies, giving support to the colleagues from the Business Teams (Operational Department);
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal functions;
- Develop successful business cooperation with the existing clients of our company;
- Improve customer experience by identifying and anticipating the needs above and beyond current service relationship;
- Maximize the value of the short & long term business;
- Report on progress, issues and problems to the direct manager.
