GOPET Group offers a wide range of services including road, air and sea freight forwarding, and intermodal, warehousing, and distribution.
We are growing our team and seeking colleagues who will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. As a primary point of contact, you’ll handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure seamless shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our transport services for accurate customer guidance.
- Communicate effectively via various channels, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain thorough customer interaction records, including feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, providing compliance.
- Offer feedback for service and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling when suitable.
- Assist customers with a high-level understanding of our transport services.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally for a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends for enhanced service quality.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred, especially in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, especially for international freight forwarding.
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
- Proficient multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing situations and urgent requests.
