Our company has been in the freight forwarding business for +25 years and has established a strong reputation for providing reliable and efficient services to our clients. We have business activities in 6 countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Greece, Spain and Turkey.

GOPET Group offers a wide range of services including road, air and sea freight forwarding, and intermodal, warehousing, and distribution.

We are growing our team and seeking colleagues who will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. As a primary point of contact, you’ll handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure seamless shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our transport services for accurate customer guidance.
  • Communicate effectively via various channels, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain thorough customer interaction records, including feedback.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations, providing compliance.
  • Offer feedback for service and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling when suitable.
  • Assist customers with a high-level understanding of our transport services.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally for a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends for enhanced service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred, especially in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous, especially for international freight forwarding.
  • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
  • Proficient multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and urgent requests.
  • Collaborative mindset across departments.
  • Critical thinking for complex issue resolution.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Cultural sensitivity for international interactions.
