GOPET ROMANIA is active in the freight forwarding business for 20+ years and has established a strong reputation for providing reliable and efficient services to clients. As part of the GOPET GROUP, we have business activities in 7 countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Greece, Spain, Türkiye and North Macedonia. We offer a wide range of services including road, air and sea freight forwarding, and intermodal, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken;
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation would be an advantage.

The responsibilities of our future colleague:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods;
  • Contact the transportation companies and negotiate prices;
  • Managing and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise;
  • Providing cost estimates;
  • Verifying the documents accuracy;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
