As part of the GOPET GROUP, we have business activities in 6 countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Greece, Spain and Turkiye. We offer a wide range of services including road, air and sea freight forwarding, and intermodal, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Fluent English skills, written and spoken;
Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation would be an advantage.

The responsibilities of our future colleague:

Building and maintaining relationships with carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods;
Contact the transportation companies and negotiate prices;
Managing and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise;
Providing cost estimates;
Verifying the documents accuracy;
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations.
